This project celebrates the diverse skills, stories, and cultural heritage of students atCIFP SOMESO. Through photography and personal narratives, it documents studentsfrom various vocational departments—metalworking, car mechanics, woodworking, personal image, and civil work. The goal is to highlight not only the unique vocationaltalents and backgrounds of each student, but also the essentiality of each trade toSpain's local industries and communities. My goal in creating this project was to remember the individual students I had theprivilege of meeting during my time teaching in A Coruña. Their insights, passions, andjourneys made my experience at SOMESO truly special. Through this project, I came tounderstand them in new ways as I got to watch them pursue their dreams beyond theusual classroom setting. This book is a tribute to an unforgettable chapter of my life in Spain, and the manydreams, talents, and passions that fill this world.Michelle Chaewon Um C.I.F.P.
