Include details like quantity,product type, personalization info, and yourdeadline. We're here to help every step of the way.Do I need to provide artwork?If you have your department or club logo, pleasesend it in a high-resolution format (vector preferred:.AI, .EPS, or .PDF). If not, our design team can helprecreate it.Can we include the University of Guelph orGuelph Gryphons logo?Yes! As long as you have permission from yourdepartment or the appropriate campus brandingauthority, we can include your official U of G logoon awards and gifts.How far in advance should I place my order?We recommend placing your order at least 2–3weeks in advance, especially for custom or largeorders. If you're on a tight deadline, let us know —we’ll always do our best to accommodate.Can I see a proof before production?Yes! We provide digital proofs for all personalizeditems so you can approve layout, spelling, anddesign before anything is produced.What types of payment do you accept?We accept major credit cards, purchase orders,and direct billing for approved universitydepartments. If you're unsure, just ask!Is pickup available?If you'd prefer to pick up your order, you cando so at our London location.
