From April 13 (Saturday) to April 17 (Wednesday), 2024, students embarked on an incredible educational journey to Washington, D.C. The trip, organized by the Bryan University Healthcare Club (BUHC) and the Bryan University Paralegal Club (BUSPA), offered participants a unique opportunity to tour the Capitol, meet with legislators, visit Supreme Court Justices, and engage with leaders from HIMSS and AHIMA. In addition to these enriching experiences, students, faculty, and staff also explored the city’s museums and enjoyed the Cherry Blossom Street Festival. KEEP THEMEMORIES Students attended the 2024 AzHIMA Annual Meeting from June 6 to June 7, 2024, where they had the opportunity to connect with vendors, professionals, and fellow students from across Arizona. They also followed the dedicated student track, which offered tailored experiences specifically designed for students. We look forward to maintaining our strong presence at this annual event in the future..Fun times at the AzHima Annual Meeting in We-Ko-Pa Casino and Resort in Fort McDowell, Arizona"During the 2023-2024 cycle, students had the opportunity to volunteer for this task team, which brought together participants from multiple colleges and universities. Under the mentorship of advisors representing various professionals and associations, students contributed to several committee assignments, including the Student Track for the Annual Meeting, Social Media, Networking/Special Events, and Fundraising.
