CONGRATULATIONS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH JOSHUA HASKELL Josh demonstrates his abilty to Win Together daily A great example of this behavior was Josh participating in shadow coaching sessions with a new FTE on the team Josh provided insight to specific orders while spreading his knowledge on the Middle Mile COLO workflow Josh has a great ability to share knowledge in a digestible easy to understand model Another great example was Josh assistance with a SupportHub outage research Josh worked alongside his manager to identify gaps in network outages decreasing the overall productivity of his team Josh helped compile the data create a digestible worksheet and delivered it to leadership efficiently His work identified several days over the last 6 months in which SH outages caused significant decrease in agent productivity This effective collaboration has made Josh a versatile teammate ready to jump into any 4 walls workflow and opening the door to potential leadership opportunities

CONGRATULATIONS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH JENNIFER MURRAY Jennifer has proven time and time again to go above ad beyond her scope of work to make huge strides within the fraud department and Wayfair Her most recent success has included finding a scam ring that resulted in saving Wayfair over 100 000 in Gift Card scams Jennifer put all of her free time in to creating spreadsheets to show how she was able to prove this was a scam She went into our system and canceled out all of the gift cards individually 127 in total to ensure that the gift cards were not used to make invalid purchases Jennifer worked on this task for months and was able to get this account canceled She has strived to ensure this issue was resolved no matter how long it took her to do She was extremely relentless and focused on this task A HUGE win for Wayfair Jennifer is the epitome of a leader and problem solver She deserves this recognition

CONGRATULATIONS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH JESSICA GILBERT Jess has a passion for engagement and has recently initiated new engagement activities with the team that has helped us to better celebrate eachother grow our overall knowledge and be mindful of our mental and physical health These changes have begun to show a boost in moral as well as have let us connect with one another in our virtual setting

CONGRATULATIONS MANAGER OF THE MONTH DEVAN HUGHES Devan encompassed We Win Together this past month She continued our ongoing meetings with our counterparts in the EU which will help foster strong alignment in our global partnership she collaborated effectively with various stakeholders including raising solid questions and mapping out our transition into DRE with that team and her abilities in building the best team is also personified in the fact that she has two candidates from her immediate team heading into next rounds of LEP interviews In addition she offered support to new managers in our new reporting structure and has held ongoing meetings to align on processes with the E2E team Devan truly respects others collaborates effectivly and builds the best team

CONGRATULATIONS MANAGER OF THE MONTH JOE SHERLOCK Joe has been a huge help this month making sure our scripts are up to date Whenever a change is made Joe is able to verify the data is correct Joe is always available to help me when I have questions He also takes time to check in and offer help with his team Joe truly cares about others and he is able to show this through the actions he makes everyday Joe is one of the best peers I have ever worked for He not only is a great support with any questions that I have he also checks in with my direct team when I am out of the office and handles any tasks that I would have needed to do Thanks Joe for all you do

CONGRATULATIONS MANAGER OF THE MONTH ANGIE SHAY This month I want to nominate Angie for MoTM with a focus on Adapt and Grow As I was coming over to oversee FER Outbound she and I had a discussion about how she had a lot of anxiety surrounding both public speaking and comfortablity with data Yet over the last few weeks she has stepped up to deliver briefs in the WBR providing clear and concise answers to questions from Senior Leadership Often time growth requires us to step outside out comfort zone and take the risk of failure Angie has done just this and it should be both recognized and applauded
