Women for Change is a committee of the LBW Trust, a registered charity inAustralia. Women for Change focuses on providing access to tertiaryeducation to young women from developing nations who would nototherwise have this opportunity.Since our foundation in 2016, we have supported, and continue to support, hundreds of young women to achieve their goal of a tertiary qualification, agood job, and a better life for themselves and for their communities. Manyof these young women are already becoming leaders in their communityand some have the potential to become leaders in their country orinternationally. We have also learned that to make lasting community change the keyingredients include strong local charity partners with good localleadership, a holistic outlook that includes a focus on healthcare and jobcreation in the local community and a strong network of supporters withdifferent skills who believe in helping others and each other.Who are we and what do we do?EDUCATING WOMEN
