There will be a 50% charge for anychanges, rescheduling, or canceling of services within24-hours of the service start time. All guests will have theability to make modifications as long as they are morethan 24 hours prior to the start time of their service. Ifwithin 24-hours you need to move, change, reschedule,or cancel your confirmed services, please notify our Spareservation team immediately. The Spa team will makeevery attempt to resell the appointment to avoid anycharges to guest accounts. If we are unable to resell theservice, the 50% fee will be charge to the guest account.IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?Guests must be 18 years or older to receive bodytreatments, massages and to use spa amenities. Guests16-17 years old may receive facials with a parent orguardian present.
