Circle Prospecting to invite the neighbors to the open House.4. Customized iPad App for a sign in sheet that you can add a video to saying, “thank you for visiting my open house.” The email will have a link to click on that will take them to the property pictures so they can remember which house it was in case they visited multiple open homes, also can have a link to get pre-approved on our site and a link to your website to view other properties you have. When there info is entered it will go into a excel worksheet that we will both get. I can show you some examples, it’s pretty cool on everything you can do.5. We call on people that come into the open house. If they are really interested then we get them pre-approved and send them back to you and if they are not ready we then we keep them on a drip system to stay in contact with them so when they are ready they will come to us rst which then we will send it back to you.6. Add a little extra to make your open house a little more special! We can bring snacks over for your open house and maybe some balloons to get attention to the property out in front or on your signs.7. Calling after the house sells. We congratulate neighbors on the equity they have built from the house selling and seeing if they are looking to sell.8.
