Ourcity is growing and with this we are wanting to connect and partner with the residents,local government and community businesses new & old. Our Committee members areDoug & Janet Buchanon - our largest business in the city. Local residents - ChristineMoody, Christi Parandjuk & Lannie Binttinger. Picture and evening of residents andbusinesses coming together for a casual but sophisticated evening of chef prepareddinner, dancing, drinks, silent auction and raising money for our city’s communitygreenspace. Picture an evening...For the first time ever in our city square a 80 x 120 foot event tent appearingThursday and staying up until Monday - wow what an impact that will havefor all to see. The tent for those 2 days will be transformed into an elegant9600 sq ft event space complete with white linen tables, Chandeliers, DJstage, dance floor & more...MenuGrilled Ribeye or Cornish Game - Char- Grilled Oysters with Chorizo Ash SalsaSummer Potato Salad - Roasted Root Vegetable Salad with Buttermilk Ranch BlueCheese Coleslaw - Charred Corn Relish - Churro Bites & Grilled Garlic Bread BananaPudding for dessert. Cooking will be open grill onsite When tickets are purchasedthere will be an option for your main course choice.Our goal is to have our local businesses have a presence at the event as wellas becoming a substantial sponsor. Each attendee will be getting a SwagBag. Our hope is to include something from each business within each bag.We will have 200 attendees. Your sponsorship would go towards thefundraising efforts for the community greenspace. Sponsors will receivepredominately placed tables to enable ease of meeting our residents andgovernment officials within a social environment. So let’s come together and make this a night like our community has ever seen!
