Any group in excess of 15 people is required to obtain a permit. Groups of 15 people or more will be ejected from the park or facility without an authorized permit. Organized athletic or other high risk activities, activities utilizing rented or contractual services from private businesses, activities involving alcohol area few of the other activities requiring an authorized permit. although an authorized rental will receive exclusive usage of a facility during the approved time, at no time is the renter allowed to exclude members of the general public from utilizing the park’s other non-rented facilities during the time of their permit. Block parties and rental inquiries regarding non-listed outdoor facilities will be considered on a case by case basis.Outdoor Picnic Shelter RentalsThe Park District will make available for rental picnic shelters at the Harvester park Wetlands and Oak Grove Park.
