TO MY children Although I never talk about it I would like to let all of my children know just how proud I am of you I don t know if any of you know how much I love you and yes like each of you You have made good choices in spouses and yes I am proud and love each of them nearly as much as I do you Each of you have made my life richer in so many ways With accomplishments as you were growing up and later in life with the way you live your lives You have given your mother and me lovely grandchildren that any grandparent could be proud of You helped us build the home we live in and that we entertain you and friends on special occasions and holidays We watch with pride and admiration as you go through life making good decisions and life choices I have watched as friends children and family member s children have been arrested for stealing from them using drugs becoming pregnant out of wedlock while our children seem to always make the right and moral decisions That makes your mother and I so very very proud and happy It is my fervent wish that this will continue with our grandchildren and great grandchildren and to each generation until the end of time and beyond While raising you I sometimes thought I might be too hard or critical of you and yes I may have been but the results speak for themselves Each of you in your own way have proven to be wonderful human beings and members of society May God Bless you and be with you the rest of your lives and your descendants until the end of time Love Grandpa Jim Circa 2005
