To these residents, social activities aren’tjust “extras”; they’re essential momentsthat bring meaning and vibrancy toeveryday life. Funding from the Department of Housingand Urban Development doesn’t coverthese activities, making the support ofFriends of Cedar Lane vital. ENHANCING WELLBEINGSince December 2005, theFriends of Cedar Lane haveworked to raise funds so seniorshere can enjoy the joy ofconnection, creativity andcommunity.The dedicated organizationchannels its efforts into a varietyof fundraising activities andcharitable events to enrich andenhance the quality of life forthose we serve.
