In 2003, their eldest daughter, Heidi, joined thecompany and went to work to learn all of the varioussupport roles at the Home Office. After spending manyhours with the franchise owners, she landed inmarketing and sales for 13 years. In 2017, Heidi becamepresident of Kitchen Tune-Up, allowing her parents tospend more time traveling, with the grandkids, andenjoying their lake home near Aberdeen.Our StoryIn 1977 Dave and Cindy opened a cabinet store inAberdeen, South Dakota. Dave had always felt like anentrepreneur and because of his desire to provide abright future for his family, he decided that businessownership would give him the best possible chance todo that. His cabinet store was very successful and hegrew the business, adding employees and buildingbigger showrooms as needed.
