On my journey to fittness and health, this is my first attempt at sharing some of my favorite recipes. I want to show how quick and easy it can be to prepare healthy, delicious, beautiful meals.  Many of these meals can be meal prepped and I've tried to include the macro counts for each serving. These meals can be easily multiplied and I've created a chart for macro counts based off of serving size.  I hope some of my favorite dishes turn into your favorite dishes.  Enjoy!
