1ForwardIt started over 30 years ago as I took a tennis job atthe Palm Springs Youth Center teaching tennis on theside. After a few years, I began golf instructing. Golfbecame more popular than tennis and my clientswanted golf lessons. I always loved teaching tennis inPalm Springs as I gazed up at the snow cappedmountains. I thought I was living in paradise. Today Istill feel like Palm Springs is paradise. My next adventure was as an activity director for anupscale Motorcoach property. For ten years, I putparties on for 10 to 400 people; mystery dinners, ladies luncheons, open special events, all over thevalley. I now know the valley very well; so well that Ihave put together in this book all of my “favoriteplaces” to see while in the Palm Springs area.I still live in the desert and play golf looking up at thesnow capped mountains loving living in Paradise.
