Sheproactively asks for deep dive details in her areas of opportunity and usesthis information to implement behaviors that will help her improve rightaway. She stays on top of her performance by requesting Quarter to Date,along with team/ site metrics often! On her own time, she is looking at topperformer transcripts in order to create the best customer experiencespossible. Titianna is working hard to boost our team performance byconsistently using "Collaborate Effectively" techniques. She brings greattopics to huddles and is always sharing templates, her personal transcriptsand verbiage in our Slack channel. She has come to me personally to ask whatI need help with in order for us to "Build the Best Team" and she is a sourcefor great constructive criticism when it comes to how I can do thingsdifferently.
