We are continuing to grow our team footprint as we expand into mobilemessaging! We are building care support for the chat channel that is planned to be livein December.We lead the entire network in Phone PSCAT, Chat PSCAT, FCR and LCR inOctober. I hope everyone is looking forward to spending time with their loved ones andenjoying a much deserved day off for Thanksgiving. We have a lot to bethankful for around here! Jessica alsodiscussed the difficulties she had previously had with her CSAT. Jessicacontinued by imparting to her coworker, whose CSAT increased by 4.6% andmade them eligible for a bonus, her favorite templates and CSAT workshoptechniques. In an effort to raise the team's general take rate and PCSAT,Jessica consolidated her templates and shared them with them. I recently had an issue with scheduling and he was right on top of telling memy options and providing me support to resolve the situation. He is the bestcheerleader and coach a team at Wayfair could ever have. Nomination #2: Kyle is one of the best managers that I have worked with. Kyle hasa cheerful attitude, a calm presence, and a can-do attitude. He has been a rock ofstability during the recent unexpected changes. He is a key resource for assistancewith any issues, whether assisting with deep dives or training agents on newdashboards. Kyle also takes tremendous care of “his people", by taking the time toknow their likes and dislikes both professional and personal. More than anythingthough, his helpfulness during this transition back to Athens makes him stand outfrom his peers. His leadership is unmatched and puts Wayfair in a position tosucceed. Kyle is completely dedicated to making the lives of those he works witheasier and for that, he is my employee of the month nominee. Recipe of the MonthRecipe of the MonthZuppa Toscana6 oz. bacon, chopped1 lb. Italian Sausage, The "Hot" variety1 head garlic, 10 large cloves, peeled &minced or pressed1 medium onion, finely diced4 cups chicken broth/stock, (32 oz.) Directions:In a large pot or dutch oven (5.5 qt), over medium-high heat, add chopped bacon and sauté until browned(5-7 mins). Remove bacon to a paper-towel lined plate and spoon out excess oil, leaving about 1 Tbsp oil inthe pot. Add Italian sausage, breaking it up with your spatula and sauté until cooked through (5 min). Remove topaper towel lined plate. Finely dice onion and add to the pot. Saute 5 min or until soft and golden then add minced garlic and saute1 min. Add 4 cups broth and 6 cups water, and bring to boil. Add sliced potatoes and cook 13-14 min or untileasily pierced with a fork. When potatoes nearly done, add chopped kale and cooked sausage and bring everything to a light boil. Stir in 1 cup cream and bring to boil. Season to taste with salt and black pepper then remove from heat.Garnish with bacon and grated parmesan.6 cups water, (48 oz.)5 medium russet potatoes, peeled & choppedinto 1/4" thick pieces1 kale bundle, stripped and chopped (6 cups)1 cup whipping creamSalt and black pepper to taste Instructions:Parmesan Cheese, Optional Shared by: Giselle Wainwright - Service Team 5 (Flex) Have a recipe you love?
