We know the power of ART to connectcommunities in the tri-state area. As such,Arts Horizons creates unique experienceswhere artistic expression can take hold andflourish for a lifetime through cross-cultural,multidisciplinary art forms spanning earlychildhood to seniors. Artistic disciplinesinclude:Dance Music Theatre Technology Visual Arts Wellness From one-day workshops to full-yearresidencies, Arts Horizons’ programs arecustomizable and multilingual. Professionalteaching artists from around the globeensure our programs reflect the diversity ofthe communities we serve. Our artists havestudied at Julliard and NYU Tish School ofthe Arts; performed on Broadway and atLincoln Center; and have displayed work atthe Smithsonian Museum and theSchomburg Center. Our assembly programs are interactiveand weave together a variety of creativeexpressions. We have a team of world-renowned artists who invite audiencesinto the magical world of liveperformances. Our curated eventseducate and entertain with an emphasison:Character education Cultural awareness Social emotional learning Anti-Bullying Literacy Programs include: Art of Chinese Dance African Rhythm Tap Hip Hop Connections ART through ASSEMBLIES ART you can FEELART connects COMMUNITIESArts Horizons offers workshops led bytalented artists who immerseparticipants in hands-on activities thatbuild artistic and academic skills. And ourworkshops are not just practical, theyalso align with New Jersey and New YorkState Standards, National Core ArtsStandards, and the Blueprint forTeaching and Learning in the Arts.Programs include: STEM Arts & Technology Murals & Sculpture Improv, Comedy, & Playwriting Beatboxing Songwriting & Literacy Afro-Latin Fusion Capoeira “The performances were fabulous!
