Now what?Mastering change is masteringourselves, the art of change is the artof constantly coming home toourselves in evolving versions. Thisalso means reframing our relationshipto our own self-worth. As best sellingauthor and self-made billionaire JamieKern Lima says, ‘our self-worth if the ceiling of ourpotential and impact in the world.’Change can feel chaotic anddisorienting in the moment, butdiscipline is the calm in the storm.Cultivating the container for creativityand elevation means minding theconditions for growth. The mastergardner doesn’t produce beautifulblooms by ignoring rot, insects andweather. Growth is cultivated bycareful attention, consistency, and theunsexy art of discipline. You are worth the work, you are worththe discomfort, you are worth goingALL IN on yourself and becoming theALCHEMIST of your own life.SECTION 4A P R A C T I C A L G U I D E T O C R E A T I N G A N DC U L T I V A T I N G T H E E N E R G Y O F C H A N G EALIGN & ELEVATECHANGE IS THE JOURNEY TO THESELF
