page 02 Annual ReportEvery month is dedicated to raising awareness, prevention initiatives, and celebrating our successes. It is essential to measure our progress through various metrics to avoid feeling overwhelmed by the challenges within the justice system that often leave victims vulnerable.Access to our services is crucial for everyone. We must acknowledge that gender-based violence is just one part of a larger systemic issue rooted in sexism, misogyny, and other forms of oppression. It is our duty to challenge these norms and strive for a more just and equitable society for all.As we move forward, we must embody strength, perseverance, strategy, and transparency in all that we do. We are Fearless!, and it is our responsibility to lead by example, advocating for victims and survivors in our community. Together, we can make a dierence.Reflecting on the year 2024, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported the mission of Fearless! over the past 12 months. Your unwavering support is the backbone of our organization, allowing us to continue our vital work. Your support not only sustains us but also sends a powerful message to survivors that they are heard, believed, and never alone. The demand for our services has been steadily increasing since 2020, and it is only through the generous support we received in 2024 that we have been able to provide critical services such as our 24/7 crisis hotline, safe shelter, court advocacy, counseling, and more. Our strategic repositioning in October 2019 was a bold commitment to survivors and the community, calling on each and every one of us to step up and make a dierence.A MESSAGE FROM OUREXECUTIVE DIRECTORKellyann Kostyal-LarrierExecutive Director
