Portsmouth Recreation Program Financial Assistance - A Key Collective ProgramPortsmouth Recreation is proud to participate in the #areuin? program. By signing up for the #areuin?card program, your student will have access to free or reduced pricing for programs run by theRecreation Department. No need to ask for help each time you want to participate. We note the discounton your account, and it will be automatically applied when you register. Visit www.areuincard.org to apply.Portsmouth Recreation Refund PolicyIf Portsmouth Recreation is forced to cancel a program, a full refund will be issued by check by the Cityof Portsmouth. Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email ok), and will be granted up until twoweeks before the start of the program. Refunds are issued in the form of a check and usually take two tothree weeks to process. If a request is made within the two weeks prior to the start of the program,refunds will only be given for medical reasons or if the Recreation Department is able to fill the spot withanother participant. A pro-rated refund may be given if the participant has attended any sessions. Room & Field Rental InformationHost your next meeting, conference, birthday party or special event at a Recreation facility. We havespace for every size function and price. We also reserve various fields throughout the city, includingour turf field.
