Profits from the event will benefitthe New Lenox Township Food Pantry. They will also host theMetamucil 55+ Golf Outing on Tuesday, October 14. Registrationfor both events will be available on their website,nlfop.square.site.We are thrilled to feature our Children’s Basketball League, whichoffers kids the chance to learn the fundamentals of the game andmake new friends. We will also provide children the opportunityto learn teamwork and sportsmanship in our Fall Kick StartSoccer League.Embark on an adventure this season with our many bus trips,including Autumn on the River, Chicago Pizza Tour and HolidayShopping at Woodfield Mall. 6Staff reserves the right to consolidate, postpone, reschedule,or cancel any program due to changes in day, dates, times,instructor or insufficient enrollment. If program enrollmentdoes not meet the minimum number of registrants, we try tocancel the program seven days prior to the start date or bythe registration deadline.For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e.,inclement weather, facility emergencies or schedulingconflicts), which are announced by Lincoln-Way District 210 orNew Lenox School District 122 at facilities where Park Districtprograms are scheduled, Park District programming will becancelled as well. All attempts will be made to reschedulecancelled classes. However, the New Lenox Community ParkDistrict is sometimes unable to accommodate make-up classesand will not refund money in such instances.Children must be the correct age by 9/1/25, unless otherwisespecified. In order to provide your child with the best possiblerecreational and/or learning experience, all our programs areplanned according to the ages listed in our Program Guide.Children must meet the age requirements of a class. TheRecreation Department reserves the right to request a birthcertificate if the age of the child is in question. If a child is not theappropriate age for a class, he/she will be dropped from theprogram.Classes are for the registered child only, except for classes with anadult. Parents will drop child off at the designated location, youwill not be able to remain in the classroom, gymnasium or theLions Community Center. This is in the child’s best interest, ascontinual interruptions tend to affect participants’ attention spanand inhibit the establishment of peer relationships.All children must be potty-trained unless they are attending aclass where an adult stays with them or is otherwise stated in theclass description. Diapers are not permitted in independentclasses unless stated in the class description.Please do not bring food to any class unless previously arranged.For your child’s safety, all children enrolled in programs must bepicked up from the specific classroom or program site by theirparent(s) or designated guardian. No child will be released fromthe classroom to anyone other than individuals from the pick-uplist.A mandatory sign-in and sign-out procedure for all participants isrequired for all Park District Programs. Children must beaccompanied by an adult when escorted to and from class.PROGRAM REQUIREMENTSNo refunds are given: (1) once a program begins unless areplacement is found; (2) on material fees unless we cancel aprogram; (3) on bus trips; or (4) for special events or one-dayprograms. A full refund is issued if we cancel a program or trip.When a participant cancels out of a program, a full refund,less a $5 service charge (per program), will be granted. HavenAvenue, New Lenox, IL 60451 as the address and include a copy of the vendor’s permit to conduct business. Once the COI andBusiness Permit is received the renter will be allowed to have the inflatable on Park District property; this MUST be supplied prior toyour event.
