Introduction“I am Yahuah who heals you.” – Exodus 15:26We’ve been taught to trust the system—follow the experts, take thepills, schedule the procedures, and hope for relief. But healing doesn’tcome from the hands of man. It comes from Yahuah. It always has.Somewhere along the way, we lost sight of that truth. We’ve traded ancient wisdom for pharmaceuticals, anddivine healing for lifelong dependency. The world calls it science. But Scripture calls it sorcery—pharmakeia—and warns that itwould deceive the nations. This book is about returning. Not just to natural remedies, but to covenant living. To trusting the One who created the body to also know how to heal it.I know what it feels like to suffer without answers. For years, I livedwith constant inflammation and pain in my neck, back, and shoulders.I kept going to doctors, hoping someone would figure it out. Butinstead of solutions, I was offered prescriptions—pain meds, Tylenol, temporary bandages for something deeper. Irefused. Addiction runs deep in my family, and I wasn’t willing to walk that path. So I endured the pain—until I found the answer, not in a pharmacy, but in Yahuah’s creation. Simple things like cayenne pepper, turmeric, lemon juice, and coconut water started reducing the inflammation inmy body. It was natural, effective, and healing in the way I had alwayshoped for. That moment changed everything. I realized that the systemwas never meant to heal me. But Yahuah was.

He gave us what we need—herbs, oils, food, sunlight, rest, and most ofall, His Spirit. When we live in obedience, walk in wisdom, and trustHis Word, healing begins. Not just in the body, but in the mind andsoul too. This book isn’t about guilt or shame. It’s not about pretending illnessdoesn’t exist or claiming every healing is instant. It’s about waking up.About stepping away from the world’s system and stepping backunder Yahuah’s covering. It’s about choosing faith over pharma. In the chapters ahead, we’ll explore what Scripture says about healing, look at the spiritual roots of modern medicine, and return to thenatural tools Yahuah placed in creation for our restoration. Anointingoils. Bitter herbs. Fasting. Prayer. And the kind of faith that refuses tobow to Babylon. You were created to be whole. And that starts with putting your trustin the One who made you.

CHAPTER 1: PHARMAKEIA & THESPIRIT OF DECEPTION“For by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.” – Revelation 18:23The world of medicine feels like a savior to many—but Scripture tells adifferent story. The word sorceries in Revelation 18:23 comes from the Greek wordpharmakeia. It’s where we get the word pharmacy. In the Bible, pharmakeia doesn’t just mean medicine—it means witchcraft, enchantment, poison, and manipulation. That verse doesn’t say some nations were deceived by it. It says allnations. That includes us.The pharmaceutical system may wear a mask of professionalism, butits roots are spiritual. It draws people into fear, dependency, andcontrol—disguised as help. And the truth is, the enemy doesn’t mind ifyou live a long life, as long as you’re distracted, drugged, and toonumb to fulfill your purpose. We were warned. But the world ignored it.Now we live in a time where pills are pushed like candy, and faith isseen as reckless. The Spirit Behind the SystemThis isn’t just about medicine—it’s about a mindset. Pharmakeiapromotes self-reliance, not surrender. It teaches us to run to man first, instead of Yahuah. It replaces the Healer with a pill. It promises reliefbut delivers bondage.

Page 6

We don’t need more medications. We need discernment. We need to start asking: What spirit is behind this? Who is reallybenefiting?Because the fruit of pharmakeia isn’t healing—it’s side effects, lifelongprescriptions, and spiritual blindness. No Shame—Just TruthLet me be clear: this isn’t to shame anyone who’s used medicine. Mostof us have. Many of us didn’t know. But now we do.Now is the time to ask Yahuah to open our eyes.To give us wisdom. To show us how to break free from systems that profit from our pain.To trust Him more than we trust man. This chapter isn’t about rejecting every treatment. It’s about waking upto the spiritual reality behind what the world calls “health care.”If all nations have been deceived, then choosing truth won’t bepopular. But it will be worth it.

CHAPTER 2: THE GREATPHYSICIAN VS. THE GREATPRETENDER“It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not cometo call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” – Luke 5:31–32Yahusha was never just a teacher or a preacher—He was a healer.Everywhere He went, people were made whole. The blind saw. Thelame walked. The lepers were cleansed. And not once did He hand outprescriptions.Yahusha is called the Great Physician for a reason. He didn’t justaddress symptoms—He got to the root. He healed bodies, but alsohearts. His goal was never just to make people feel better; it was tobring them back into alignment with Yahuah’s will.Healing Starts with RepentanceIn Luke 5, Yahusha said He came for the sick—and that healing is tiedto repentance. That’s not how modern medicine works. Pharmaciesdon’t ask about your soul. Hospitals don’t lead you in prayer. Theworld treats symptoms, but Yahusha treats the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. Sin often opens the door to sickness. Bitterness, unforgiveness, rebellion, and fear all take a toll on the body. Thatdoesn’t mean every illness is caused by sin, but it does mean we shouldseek spiritual cleansing before physical relief. Yahusha heals through relationship, not ritual. He’s not a product. He’s a person. And He still heals today.

Page 8

Who’s the Great Pretender? The enemy always counterfeits what Yahuah creates. If Yahusha is theGreat Physician, then Satan is the great pretender—offering false hope, temporary fixes, and lies wrapped in science. He’s behind the pharmakeia system, convincing the world that manhas all the answers, and that Yahuah is just a last resort. But every idolfails. Every counterfeit eventually reveals its true fruit: confusion, dependency, and death. It’s Time to Choose Your Healer There’s only one Great Physician. No doctor, drug, or system can do what Yahusha can. He heals theunseen things. He restores what was stolen. He speaks life where theworld has given up. This doesn’t mean we never seek help—but it does mean we put ourfaith in Yahuah first, not last. We pray before we google. We fastbefore we panic. We listen to the Holy Spirit before we follow aprotocol. The world will keep pretending. But those who know the truth will stop looking to man and return tothe One who never fails.

Chapter 3: Healing Through Obedience“If you diligently heed the voice of Yahuah your Elohim… I will putnone of the diseases on you which I brought on the Egyptians. For Iam Yahuah who heals you.” – Exodus 15:26Healing isn’t just a prayer—it’s a lifestyle.Yahuah didn’t just tell us to believe in Him and then live however wewant. He gave us commands for our good—ways of living that protectus, nourish us, and keep us in alignment with His design. Obedienceisn’t bondage—it’s the boundary line for blessing. Many of the diseases plaguing the modern world are tied to how farwe’ve drifted from Yahuah’s instructions. We eat what He never calledfood. We rest when it’s convenient instead of honoring the Sabbath. We hold onto bitterness, fear, and stress instead of walking in Hispeace. And then we wonder why we’re sick. Obedience Is Protection When Yahuah gave His people the Torah, it wasn’t to burden them—itwas to preserve them. The dietary instructions, purity laws, rest cycles, and rhythms of worship were all designed to keep the body and soul inharmony with creation. Modern science is just now confirming what Scripture said all along—foods Yahuah declared unclean really do lead to inflammation, parasites, and long-term illness. Meanwhile, fasting, prayer, andforgiveness are proven to lower stress and restore the body. The truth is, our Creator knows how our bodies work. And when weobey, healing flows naturally.

Page 10

There Is No ShortcutThe world offers quick fixes: take a pill, numb the pain, keep going. But Yahuah invites us into transformation. That means changing how we eat, how we think, how we speak, andhow we live. It means releasing bitterness. Walking in love. Honoringour bodies as temples. There’s no pill for that—only obedience.Healing doesn’t always happen overnight. But when you submit yourlife to Yahuah and walk in His ways, you give your body space torestore, your soul room to breathe, and your spirit a chance to lead.Ask Yourself:• Am I treating my body like a temple or like a trash can?• Am I holding onto unforgiveness, pride, or fear that may be affectingmy health?• Have I asked Yahuah what He wants me to lay down in order to bemade whole?Obedience isn’t legalism. It’s love in action. And Yahuah’s healing isoften waiting on the other side of your yes.

CHAPTER 4: NATURAL MEDICINEIN SCRIPTURE “The fruit thereof shall be for food, and the leaf thereof formedicine.” – Ezekiel 47:12 Before there were pharmacies, there were plants. Long before laboratories, Yahuah placed healing in the earth itself—inroots, herbs, fruits, oils, and leaves. The Word doesn’t just mention thisin passing; it affirms it as part of His divine design. Healing was builtinto creation. Nature is not just beautiful—it’s medicinal. The world calls this “alternative” medicine. But in reality, it’s originalmedicine. It’s the kind of healing our ancestors used for thousands ofyears, in covenant with Yahuah.Healing Herbs and Oils in the Bible Scripture is filled with examples of natural remedies: • Hyssop – Used for cleansing and purification (Psalm 51:7, Exodus12:22). • Frankincense & Myrrh – Healing resins used for anointing, inflammation, and spiritual covering (Matthew 2:11, Exodus 30:23–25). • Olive Oil – Symbol of healing and anointing; also used as a base formedicinal blends (James 5:14). • Figs – Applied to boils and used in healing protocols (2 Kings 20:7). • Bitter herbs – Used in Passover for cleansing and digestion (Exodus12:8). • Honey – Naturally antibacterial and used as both food and healingbalm (Proverbs 24:13).

Page 12

These weren’t just rituals—they were remedies. Yahuah didn’t separatethe spiritual from the physical. He designed healing to involve both.Modern Wisdom, Ancient RootsMuch of what we call “holistic health” today has roots in biblicalliving. Sunlight, rest, clean water, pure food, periods of fasting—thesearen’t fads. They’re facts. They align with the cycles of creation andthe wisdom of Torah.Modern medicine often isolates, modifies, or patents what Yahuahfreely gave. But there’s power in using creation as He intended. Whole, raw, and in alignment with His design. It’s not about choosing between prayer and natural healing. It’s aboutdoing both—with faith. Ask Yahuah to guide you. He may lead you toScripture, to herbs, to a fast, or to stillness. He knows what you need, and He’s already provided it.Reclaiming What Was StolenThe pharmaceutical industry has mocked natural medicine as outdatedor superstitious. But the truth is, they’ve built billion-dollar empires bymimicking the healing agents already found in plants. You don’t need a prescription to start healing. You need obedience, discernment, and a return to Yahuah’s ways. You were made from the earth. And the earth still holds what yourbody recognizes.

Page 13

CHAPTER 5: LAYING DOWN FEAR,EMBRACING FAITH“For Yahuah has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and asound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7Fear is one of the enemy’s favorite tools—and the medical system hasmastered how to use it.From the moment you walk into a doctor’s office, you’re flooded withwarnings: what might happen, what could go wrong, and what needsto be done “just in case.” Fear sells treatments. Fear drivesappointments. Fear convinces people that man has all the answers andthat you are helpless without them. But fear is not from Yahuah. And healing cannot thrive in a bodyoverwhelmed by fear. Faith Is More Than Belief Faith is not just something you say you have. It’s something you walkin. Choosing natural healing when everyone around you is demandingprescriptions takes faith. Trusting Yahuah when the reports sayotherwise takes courage. Faith is action. It’s the decision to rest, pray, fast, and listen to theHoly Spirit instead of reacting in panic.

Page 14

Faith doesn’t ignore reality. It reorders it—putting Yahuah at thecenter of your healing, not man.Fear Weakens the BodyScience now proves what Scripture has said all along: fear, anxiety, andstress weaken the immune system. When you live in a state of worry, your body stays in fight-or-flight mode—unable to heal, repair, orrestore. But when you walk in peace—when you trust Yahuah—the bodybegins to heal. Fear shuts down. Faith opens up. Healing flows fromthe inside out.Perfect Love Casts Out FearIf fear has gripped you—about a diagnosis, a condition, or the future—know this: the love of Yahuah is greater. He’s not asking you tofigure it all out. He’s asking you to trust Him.The moment you release fear, you make room for His presence. Andwhere His presence is, healing follows. You were never called to walk through this alone. Yahusha is still theGreat Physician. The Holy Spirit is still your Comforter. And Yahuahstill heals those who call on His name.

CHAPTER 6: DETOXING FROMBABYLON“Come out of her, My people, so that you do not partake in her sinsand receive of her plagues.” – Revelation 18:4The modern world is built on Babylon’s systems—fast, artificial, synthetic, and toxic. It floods us with processed foods, polluted air, chemical water, and synthetic pharmaceuticals. These aren’t justphysical pollutants—they’re spiritual traps designed to weaken yourbody, cloud your mind, and dull your spirit.Yahuah is calling His people out.And that means detoxing—physically, mentally, emotionally, andspiritually. You Can’t Heal in the Same Environment That Made You SickHealing isn’t just about what you add—it’s about what you remove. You can’t drink lemon water and pray for healing while stillconsuming fast food, fluoride, fear-based media, and pharmaceuticalsthat poison the temple Yahuah gave you.To come out of Babylon means to reject its offerings. It means to seethe deception clearly and take steps, one by one, to return to what isnatural, whole, and set apart.

Page 16

This might look like: • Cutting out processed food and cooking fresh meals. • Removing toxic cleaning products and using plant-basedalternatives. • Leaving behind certain media, music, or environments that disturbyour peace. • Cleansing your body with herbs, fasting, and rest. • Letting go of relationships that promote fear, chaos, or compromise.Detoxing Is a Spiritual ActDon’t separate your physical healing from your spiritual walk. Whenyou clean out your body, your discernment sharpens. When you fast, the Ruach speaks clearly. When you unplug from constant noise,Yahuah has room to move.Babylon wants to keep you distracted, busy, numb, and sick. But whenyou detox, you weaken its grip. You begin to crave the things of the Kingdom—not the things of theworld. One Step at a TimeYou don’t have to do it all at once. You don’t have to become a holisticexpert overnight. You simply have to start. Listen to the Ruach. AskYahuah what to let go of first. He’s gentle—but He’s serious. This isn’t about a health trend. This is about obedience. Aboutbecoming set apart. About purifying the temple so His presence candwell more fully. You were made to be clean—inside and out.

Page 17

CHAPTER 7: THE TEMPLELIFESTYLE“Do you not know that you are the temple of Yahuah, and that theSpirit of Elohim dwells in you?” – 1 Corinthians 3:16Your body is not your own.It is a dwelling place—a sacred vessel created to house the presence ofthe Most High.Yahuah never intended for His temple to be defiled with toxins, addiction, laziness, gluttony, or self-hatred. He designed you to beclean, set apart, energized by His creation and led by His Spirit. The Temple Has Standards When Solomon built the temple, every detail was intentional—puregold, fine wood, clean space, set-apart garments, incense, reverence. Itwasn’t just a structure—it was a sanctuary. So why would we treat our own temples carelessly? Living the temple lifestyle means: • Eating foods grown from the earth, not made in labs. • Drinking clean water and avoiding toxic additives. • Moving your body with joy and gratitude. • Sleeping and resting on Yahuah’s rhythm. • Cleansing your home of spiritually dark items or influences. • Creating an atmosphere of praise, Scripture, and shalom. This isn’t perfectionism—it’s stewardship.

Page 18

The Holy Spirit Wants RoomThe more you clear out, the more the Holy Spirit can fill you. Just likethe temple was emptied before it was dedicated, your life must bedecluttered of the things that grieve His presence. Many feel distant from Yahuah not because He’s far—but becausetheir temples are overcrowded with junk: bad habits, fear, unresolvedsin, or constant noise. When you return to simplicity, you’ll find Him there. He’s not hiding. He’s waiting.Honor the VesselYahuah chose to place His presence in you—not in a building, not in ascroll, not in a throne—but in you.You are the place where Heaven meets earth. And every choice you make—what you eat, say, watch, and do—eitherhonors or dishonors that reality. So live like it.Treat your body, your thoughts, and your soul with reverence due to atemple. You are not just trying to survive. You are here to be filled, to overflow, and to reflect His glory in everypart of your life.

Page 19

CHAPTER 8: WALKING IN DIVINEHEALTH“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” – 3 John 1:2Yahuah doesn’t just want you healed—He wants you whole.Healing is a moment.Health is a lifestyle.Divine health is when your spirit, soul, and body are aligned with thewill of Yahuah and sustained by His Word, wisdom, and presence. This doesn’t mean life will be without trials. But it means you walk inpeace, in strength, and in confidence—knowing that Yahuah is yourSustainer, not man. What Does Divine Health Look Like? It’s not just being free from sickness. It’s walking with clarity, energy, purpose, and discernment. It means:• Listening to your body and knowing when to rest.• Recognizing that emotions and spiritual warfare affect your health.• Taking authority in Yahusha’s name over every affliction and lie.• Trusting the Holy Spirit to lead your healing journey—not fear.• Living in harmony with creation, Sabbath rhythms, and clean habits.• Letting go of bitterness and walking in forgiveness—because spiritualwounds often manifest physically.

Page 20

Divine health is a result of daily communion with Yahuah. Hedesigned your body to heal, not just to cope.Healing Others Begins With YouYou can’t pour from an empty cup.If you want to help others, share truth, and be a light—you must firstbecome whole. Yahusha often healed and then said, “Go and sin nomore.” Why? Because healing isn’t just about relief—it’s aboutrenewal. When you walk in divine health, your very life becomes a testimony.People notice the light in your eyes, the strength in your voice, thepeace in your presence. That is Kingdom health—inside and out. It’s Time to Believe AgainYou weren’t created to live sick, tired, addicted, and confused. Youwere created to walk in power, in love, and in alignment with theCreator of all things. You are a temple. A vessel. A child of the Most High.So rise up.Let the healing begin. Not just in your body—but in your spirit, your mind, your habits, andyour life. The Kingdom of Yahuah is within you.And His desire is to see you whole.
