Dear Sisters & Patrons,

What a year we have had! It doesn’t seem that long ago when we were at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham for our 2015 Convention: We announced our project for the year, the refurbishment of the Food and Nutrition Lab in Saker and ushered in a brand new executive team!

Well the year has flown by but we have been busy working hard to improve the quality of education for the girl child and foster our sisterhood! You must come to this year’s Convention to find out the extent of our achievements! With this, I am exceedingly delighted to invite you to the ExSSA UK 2016 Convention in Worcester.

We have worked well together as a team; the combination of your support, encouragement and commitment has provided us with the winning formula for what we have accomplished.

We boldy launched the“Stepping in the Light” (SITL) Fundraising initiative in December 2015 to commence renovation  of the Food and Nutrition lab. We coined the phrase, “Action for Words” which is an apt description of what ExSSA UK stands for. SITL is a resounding success!

It is no surprise, therefore that the theme for this year's Convention is: “STEPPING IN THE LIGHT”.

We fostered our sisterhood with various Regional meets and a rejunevating visit to Barcelona.

I am so excited about welcoming you all to this year’s Convention at Droitwich in Worcester. Do come and be ‘wowed’ by another exceptional edition of entertainment, inspiration and of course generous doses of Elegance, Panache, Love & Sisterhood as only Sakerettes can offer; We do do it Best!
