Customer Care We believe the best service is delivered through a closer understanding of our customers needs however it is one thing to sell a solution We believes success is determined through how you deliver and support that sale moving forward We design each customer service desk around the specific needs of the customer We can provide a customer service desk to perform scheduling and remote surveys initially Later in the process the desk would provide customer service to help guide your end user with any questions whilst they await their installation

After Sales LOCAL HELPDESK We believe a local helpdesk delivers a better quality of support The understanding of the customer their geographies and internal culture is the way we have built our helpdesk in the UK CUSTOMER SUPPORT Our teams are trained to support customers with a quality first line maintenance support service but should onsite attendance be required we deploy our engineers to site anywhere in the UK within SLA and trained to secure a first time installation swap out
