OnboardingNew PlansXII•Required Paperwork•All Recordkeepers and TPAs have their own onboarding paperwork and process •Director of Employer Plans will work with the Recordkeeper and TPA to collect the appropriate paperwork and produce anestimated timeline of transferNPAG

SampleTimelineXIII•Most plan transfers take 60-90 days depending on the complexity and how quickly plan administrators are willing to completecertain tasks•Below is a sample timeline of a transfer1/1 – RFP Presentation and proposal accepted 1/5 – Onboarding Recordkeeper and TPA paperwork signed and completed by plan admin 1/10 – Termination Letter sent to prior Recordkeeper (and TPA if applicable) – Collection of information for new Recordkeeperincluding census and pay dates, etc. 1/15 – Prior Recordkeeper (and TPA if applicable) communicating with new providers to schedule a timeline (sometimesincludes deconversion form/paperwork) 1/20 – Conversion timeline confirmed and Blackout Notices produced for distribution 2/1 – Blackout Notices sent to participants – Enrollment of Participants 2/15 – First contribution to new plan 3/1 – Blackout/Liquidation 3/5 – Fund Transfer 3/15 – Finalize transfer and lift blackout NPAG
