What brought me here? What do I want to receive? What do I want to change?
What would you do with your life if you didn't have topay the bills? Imagine a world where money is no longer a concern. What would youchoose to do with your time? Write? Read? Sing?Whatever it may be, you owe it to yourself to pursue that passion. Pursuing your dreams and doing what you love may not always lead tofinancial success (although I think they do) but it will undoubtedly nourishyour soul and bring you immeasurable fulfillment. So, dare to take thatleap of faith, and embark on a journey that will allow you to cultivate a lifethat aligns with your deepest desires and aspirations.
What cuts you the deepest? Our lives are often shaped by the things that have the most significantimpact on us. Think about what makes you feel the most emotional rightnow and what you actively avoid thinking about. It's crucial to allowthese things to come to the surface and sit with them. Take the time toconsider them and reflect on how you can integrate them into your life. This process of acknowledging and embracing difficult emotions is whatwe refer to as allowance.
If you were going to die tomorrow, what would you dotoday? I would choose to spend my days immersed in nature on the land, playing withmy dogs and goats, traveling, and above all, helping others discover theirpassions. We were not put on this earth to merely work, consume, suffer, anddie. Life offers so much more than that. There is an abundance of opportunitieswaiting for us to explore, and it is up to us to seize them.
Whom do you love and why do you love them? The individuals who come to mind first are an integral part of your identity. However, what truly matters is the reason behind your love for them.Where does your love come from, and what is the foundation of youraffection for these individuals?
What do you quote? I find it fascinating when people share quotes, particularly on socialmedia. Rather than simply highlighting a wise saying, these individualsare often revealing something about themselves. Take note of what youwish to convey to others, especially when you cannot find the wordsyourself. The things that resonate with you the most are often areflection of your own identity.
In those rare but life-changing moments, how do youact? If you find yourself in a difficult situation and need to make a decision, how do you determine which path to take? It's important to reflect on thepatterns in your decision-making process and the actions you take toassist others, whether they ask for help or not. Your instinctual andintuitive responses provide insight into your character. While some mayargue that instincts are solely a result of our animal nature, it's worthnoting that our thoughts and beliefs also shape our instincts
What do you think about most? The small details accumulate and shape your identity. To gain insight intoyour current state, take note of the thoughts that occupy your mind mostfrequently. These thoughts reflect your strongest commitments andfascinations, as well as your sources of confusion, discomfort, andmotivation. They represent the aspects of your life that define you, as theyendure in your thoughts even when they're no longer present in yoursurroundings.
Your Weekly Session ReflectionsUse the following pages to write down theinsights from each of your weeklysessions.
What do you need?Place a photo of yourself as achild here . Let it be a reminder of the part of yourself thatis still ever present and often asking for theattention and nurturing he/she did not getwhen they needed it most. You are here, andhave not forgotten them.

What is Mantra MeditationMantra meditation is a type of meditation that involves the repetition of aword or phrase, known as a mantra. This practice is believed to help quietthe mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of inner peaceand relaxation. To practice mantra meditation, you can start by finding a quiet andcomfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deepbreaths to relax your body and calm your mind. Then, begin repeating yourchosen mantra silently to yourself. The mantra can be any word or phrase that has personal meaning orsignificance to you. Some popular mantras include "Om," "Aum," "So Hum,"and "Om Namah Shivaya." You can repeat the mantra at whatever pacefeels comfortable, focusing your attention on the sound and vibration of thewords. If your mind starts to wander or you become distracted, gently bring yourattention back to the mantra. The goal is to allow the mantra to anchor yourattention and bring you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.Mantra meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that can be done byanyone, regardless of experience or background. It can be practiced for justa few minutes a day, or for longer periods of time, depending on yourpersonal preference and schedule. With regular practice, mantrameditation can help you cultivate greater inner peace, focus, and clarity, leading to improved well-being and a more fulfilling life.
What is Breathwork ?Breathwork is a term used to describe a variety of techniques and practicesthat focus on conscious control of breathing for the purpose of enhancingphysical, mental, and emotional well-being. These techniques can includedifferent types of breathing exercises, such as deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and rhythmic breathing, which are believed tohave therapeutic effects on the body and mind. It is important to recognize the impact of trauma and stress on our lives. These experiences can lead to dysregulation in our nervous system, whichcan cause difficulties in both our personal and professional lives. However, there is hope for healing. By addressing and releasing the unneeded energywithin our bodies, we can heal our nervous system and ultimately ouremotional selves.Somatic Breathwork™ is an embodiment experience that allows us to tapinto our body's electrical network, rather than relying solely on ourthinking mind. Through circular connected breathing and rhythmic music,we can release any repeating thoughts, feelings, or old narratives that holdus back. This may manifest as physical movement, vocal expression, oremotional release.By engaging our innate ability to heal through the breath, we can removeany defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that prevent us from beingour authentic selves. With this powerful tool, we can show up in the worldas our true selves, ready to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Is it true? Can you absolutely know that it's true? How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?Who would you be without the thought? What is "The Work" ?"The Work" by Byron Katie is a self-inquiry method designed to helpindividuals challenge and question their thoughts and beliefs in order toachieve greater clarity, peace, and freedom in their lives. The processinvolves asking four simple questions and then turning around the initialthought or belief to consider other perspectives. The four questions of "The Work" are:1.2.3.4.After answering these questions, individuals are encouraged to turn thethought around and consider alternative perspectives or interpretations. For example, if the initial thought was "I can't believe she said that", theturnarounds could be "I can believe she said that", "I can't believe I said that",or "I can believe I said that".By questioning and exploring our thoughts and beliefs in this way, "TheWork" aims to help individuals free themselves from limiting beliefs, negative patterns of thought, and emotional suffering. The method has beenwidely adopted and has been used in a variety of settings, including personaldevelopment, therapy, and spiritual practice.
Recognize: The first step is to recognize and become aware of whatis happening in the present moment, including any thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.Accept: The second step is to accept and allow what is happening, without judgment or resistance. This involves acknowledging andmaking space for whatever is arising, rather than trying to push itaway or change it.Investigate: The third step is to investigate the experience moredeeply, with curiosity and openness. This can involve askingquestions, exploring the sensations in the body, or examining anyunderlying beliefs or assumptions.Nurture: The fourth step is to nurture and care for yourself, withkindness and compassion. This involves offering yourself supportand comfort, and responding to your experience with love andunderstanding. The RAIN method is a mindfulness technique developed by Tara Brach,a psychologist and meditation teacher. The acronym RAIN stands for:1.2.3.4.The RAIN method is often used as a way to work with difficultemotions, such as anxiety, fear, or anger. By using the RAIN method, individuals can cultivate greater mindfulness and self-awareness, andlearn to respond to their experience with greater compassion andwisdom. The technique has been widely adopted in mindfulness-basedtherapies and meditation practices. What is the RAIN Method ?
