My wedding collections are simpliﬁed so you can build your own custom package, this way you get exactly what you want! Add-ons include things like an engagement session, second shooter, additional hours, rehearsal dinner coverage, and more.If you’re interested in an elopement package and would like to add on videography, you’ll work with me as well as my husband, Joe! He’s the video mastermind and we love getting to work together to further document elopement days. Joe is a drone certiﬁed pilot (hellooo epic aerial shots - if in a place where drone ﬂying is allowed) and has numerous years of video production and editing under his belt. This way we can go over everything you’re envisioning, and any questions you have. Then pop the bubbly because you’ve just booked your photographer!For weddings, I’ll be in touch about securing a date for your engagement session if needed, and about 1 month before your date I’ll be in touch to nail down your wedding day timeline. You are always welcome to email or text me - I can be slow to respond in busy seasons so please allow 48 hours for a reply!MAKE IT YOURSBefore we shoot together, gather some inspiration of photos that you love the feeling of. This helps me see your vision and bring those elements into your photos in a way that feels authentic to you. I’ll also send over a questionnaire to gather some extra details that will help me make the experience the best it can be for you. I honestly love when people share their Pinterest boards, but it is not necessary to come with every shot you’re wanting (bride walking down aisle, bridal party, etc.). I’ve got you covered with nearly 100 weddings under my belt! We get to shoot in any location you choose, you can wear what you’re comfort-able in, and there’s no guests begging for your attention. It’s just you guys and me, unfolding your love story. ADD-ONS CONTINUED SECOND SHOOTERIf you’re getting ready in separate locations (I can typically cover both if we have a plan for it, talk to me about your plans to see if this is a good ﬁt for you), or are having a large wedding over 100 people, I recommend adding on a second shooter. They help me capture moments I may miss when there’s a lot going on or I can’t be in two places at once.$100/ hour - 4 hour minimumRUSH TURNAROUNDMy wedding turnaround time is typically 10 weeks, but if you’d like all your photos back within 10 days of your wedding this is a great option. If you’re eloping or having a small wedding where you can’t have all your people attending, this may help them feel like they were there with you. $500EXTRA HOURSIf you need an extra hour added onto your coverage, whether it’s during booking or the day of. I can’t stress the importance of printing your photos enough! It can be so easy to say you’ll create an album someday, or that you’ll do it yourself. Trust me, I’ve been there! To be totally honest with you, I said no to an album from my wedding photographer because I thought I could do it myself and save some money. After hours of my time and many tears trying to work with an online album builder, I finally caved and had a professional take over.Save yourself the time by ordering a professional handcrafted leather or linen bound album. I take the work out of the process by designing your album and sending you a proof that you can look over and edit. You also have the freedom to design albums in your online gallery. You’ll be able to view your photos on items ranging from thank you cards to canvases. By having an album that is also a work of art, I guarantee you’ll be looking at your photos far more often. 05 I WANT TO KNOW MOREFAQ’sQ: Is the reservation fee/deposit refundable?A: The deposit for your date in non-refundable. However, if something goes awry (looking at you, COVID!) and you need to change your date, your deposit could be transfered to your new date.Q: How do you accept payment?A: I have an online payment system that you can access once you sign a contract. I also accept mailed checks if that is more convenient.Q: What do we do if it’s raining on our wedding day or engagement session?A: I’m happy to work with you to find a new date for an engagement session if the weather is poor. However, don’t be afraid of rain! I’ve photographed a number of outdoor weddings in a complete downpour, and let me tell you the photos turned out epic. Whatever happens on your day, I am all in!Q: How many images can we expect from our engagement or wedding?A: The number of images depends on the amount of coverage hours. For an engagement session, you will receive around 75+ edited images. For an 8 hour wedding, your gallery will be around 500+ images.Q: What should we wear for our engagement session?A: I got you! Upon booking a wedding package, you’ll receive a Session Planning Guide FULL of tons of information including a guide on what to wear for your session. In short, stick to earthy tones, wear appropriate shoes for the location, and have fun! Channel your inner Pinterest!Q: Do we need a second shooter?A: Having a second shooter is totally up to you. The benefit of a second shooter is really during your ceremony or first look to get multiple angles, and if you’re getting ready in different locations. Q: Can you photograph JUST our engagement?A: Of course! I have an option for just the engagement session, too. An engagement session is typically 1 hour and we can work together to pick the perfect location.Q: Does it cost to have you travel to our wedding? 27Q: How do we pick photo locations? A: If you have a favorite spot that you’ve always dreamed of having as the backdrop for your session, let me know! I love to work with clients to find the perfect spot. If you’re not sure where you want to take your photos, don’t fret! I can offer a number of suggestions.I love making your session reflect your personality and style. Want to go skiing for your session? AWESOME! Take some pics at your favorite coffee shop or brewery? Count me in. Remember, this is about celebrating your unique story.Q: Can we order prints of your images or does that cost extra?A: Once your images are edited, you have the option to order prints through my online store. If you’d rather order somewhere else, that’s cool, too!Q: Can I have unedited versions of the photos or the RAWs?A: I do not release the RAW images. Your gallery will include all the edited images in high resolution JPEG format.Q: Can we bring our dog? Can we bring props?A: HECK YES! Bring any props or extras you’d like. I’m always up for puppy snuggles or a good champagne pop.Q: How long until we get to see our photos?A: Wedding galleries will be ready within 10 weeks. Does that mean we can’t share them?A: I retain the copyright to the images but upon signing the contract and submitting final payment, you have permission to print the images, share the images on social networking websites or with family and friends, or with vendors. I just ask that the images remain unaltered (don’t throw a filter on them), and that you give credit to Emelia K Photography. Q: Do you do any retouching?A: I’ll remove minor imperfections (a dreaded pimple for example), but won’t change anything that’s a permanent part of you.
