welcome
2
Dear UCS Community:
Wherever you shop this time of year, you see them all around you
– back-to-school advertisements. They bring to mind visions of
young children wearing backpacks and holding lunch boxes while
waiting at the bus stop. However, you can be any age and go
back to school. We encourage all of our residents to embrace the
importance of lifelong learning through UCS Community Education.
In addition to our early childhood programs such as preschool, or
School Age Child Care, UCS Community Education offers a wide
variety of adult enrichment and recreational programs available to
all our residents.
Perhaps you want to explore a new career path? Maybe you
would like to learn how to professionally decorate cakes or learn how to play the guitar?
Community Education is here to help with plenty of options for people of all ages.
Take a moment or two and browse the pages of this brochure. You may discover a new
opportunity for learning and fun. Then consider joining students of all ages who are coming
back to school this fall. We welcome you!
Sincerely,
Christine M. Johns, Ed.D.
