Welcome to “Unbound: Releasing the Whole Church into New Life.“ The Unbound discipleship model is dierent and more eective (due to Brain Science) and actually produces transformation instead of just lling people with information. This facilitates a number of outcomes which include: • Church members led into a relational paradigm of ministry • Release gifting and destiny • Deploy people who have been indelibly discipled • Experience relational discipleship • Deploy Christians releasing their gifts and destiny • Sharing how to bring about transformation instead of just supplying information 2. Heartbeat: Why and what we do? Inspired and compelled by Ephesians 4:11-13, Unbound emphasizes the importance of preparing God‘s people for active service. Jesus Christ‘s vision for the church extends far beyond passive observation on Sundays. Instead, it calls for vibrant participation and engagement, recognizing that each member has a vital role to play in advancing God‘s Kingdom beyond the connes of a weekly gathering. Unbound is a grassroots movement dedicated to empowering and nurturing disciples and leaders, enabling them to embrace their calling and engage in everyday ministry. Unbound is igniting a movement that encourages and releases people to live as disciples of Jesus in every aspect of their lives, wherever they may be. Unbound enables dioceses, churches and organizations to: • Empower members: Encourage, arm, and enable members to embrace their calling and vocation, use their gifts, and contribute meaningfully to the life of the Kingdom. The people of God are the chief agents of pursuing Gospel Mission and Kingdom advancement. (The principle is that “sheep beget sheep.”) • Whole Life Discipleship: Foster a culture of obedience-based discipleship, providing resources and support for spiritual maturity and disciple making. Whole life discipleship emphasises that all of life matters to God – not just the ‘holy’ parts. • Everyday Faith: Boost condence in expressing and discussing faith in everyday life. Evangelism that is based on selling arguments is not eective in making disciples. Eective evangelism is pursued through relational sharing in community. • Revitalization and growth: Enable churches to grow in health, depth and impact and reach new people. 1. Introduction In the stirring narrative of Lazarus, we nd a powerful symbol of freedom and transformation - a soul once ensnared by the grasp of death, now liberated and unbound into a vibrant new existence. Unbound isn‘t merely a title; it‘s a rallying cry, a call to awaken the entire body of Christ to its full potential. Drawing from the Scriptural resonance of Lazarus (John 11:44), we are propelled from the grassroots to ignite, equip and nurture a movement of obedient disciples and leaders to be set free to live life and ministry as God intended. Unbound extends an invitation to embrace a Church that empowers its members to actively engage in ministry - a Kingdom mindset encompassing inner-healing, deliverance, education, activation, mentoring, and commissioning. Our vision transcends the traditional boundaries between laity and clergy, acknowledging the collective strength and potential of every believer in advancing the Kingdom. INTRODUCTION
