www UVATTRACTIONS COM MINI GOLF DESIGN BUILD PACKAGE Our Mini Golf Design and Build Package covers custom design layout fabrication installation and theming of a top of the line Mini Golf Attraction in your facility In designing your course the rst challenge was to make the current placement of the entrance work You ll notice that there are two entirely independent 9 hole courses each with their own themed entrance arch PLUS a themed arch for the front entrance of the mini golf area We ve also placed the nal hole lockbox ramps for both courses on either side of the dividing wall between the courses so that both courses can share a common locking drawer For themes we went with our favorites which happen to be the Shrinking theme from the Warren location as well as a very fun Circus Carnival theme The props that we have prepared designs for are shown in this proposal The ones that are yet to be designed are just represented as rectangles in the course layout We are thrilled to have the opportunity submit this proposal Our goal is to be a part of your success story PROJECT DETAILS Location G4CE Complete Entertainment Jordan UT USA Room Area 4 762 sq ft Completion Date To be completed by a set date in Summer 2019 to be con rmed TIMELINE PRODUCTION 8 WEEKS 2 SHIPPING 1 WEEK INSTALLATION 3 WEEKS
