This program occurs once a year to collect anonymous feedback from both our Crescent and Talent Partner People. Without this valuable information, we would not be able to continue to make Crescent better as a company. While these surveys are voluntarily requested to be completed, we are pleased to say that both sites received above average participation – D1 at 86% and E1 at 119%. Both site leadership teams are currently reviewing the feedback that was received. Updates on what was heard and how the sites will be addressing the feedback will be posted on the VOP Boards. The D1 site also got to hear the singing voices of their people when they brought in karaoke as part of their Summer Celebration!365 DAYSWITHOUT AN OSHA RECORDABLESEPTEMBER 12, 2024
The E1 FLO team now has a brand-new fleet. Sixteen new Raymond lifts arrived—eight high-reaches and eight counterbalance units. All lifts have iWarehouse installed, which has yielded many positive results, including improving fleet utilization and reducing maintenance costs and overall impacts. The new lifts came equipped with light curtain sensors at the base of the operator cab and boots on the high-reach outriggers to reduce wear and tear on the load wheels. The drive pattern has remained the same, and the dead man pedal is now on the same side across both unit styles. The lifts also have a new charging technology: lithium batteries, which will give them longer uptime until they need recharging, meaning there is no longer need to water the batteries. With this new fleet, the charging stations have relocated to the West End of the facility. The stations at the East End of the building will be removed as a part of the E1 Production Floor redesign this year. The E1 FLO Team would also like to congratulate the three individuals with the highest FLO utilization thus far in 2024. Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication to doing it Right, Safe, and Well!• Joseph Adams – 99.48%• Steve Jordan – 95.90%• Brandon Spaulding – 92.13%BENEFITS ON THE BRAINNEW FLO FLEETHAS ARRIVED!With 2024 starting to wind down to conclusion, it’s getting to be time to think about benefits. As per Crescent’s policy, if there is a PTO balance at the end of the year, only 80 hours will be rolled over to January 1st. Discretionary Days are required to be used within the calendaryear; so, if there’s a balance as of December 31st, they will be forfeited. Balances can be viewed by logging into UKG or talking with your supervisor/manager and/or SPG.DOING IT RIGHT!E1 would like to recognize the team at the facility for setting a record during the quarter for most days gone without a deviation at 57 days. This achievement is a true team effort and extends beyond just the Quality Team to reflect thepositive working relationship between everyone within the operation. In addition, the facility is also at an all-time low of just 9 customer complaints for the entire year of 2024 so far. This is an incredible achievement! Keep up the great work and continue to Do it Right!
