D.J. Hendriksen & Zn BV heeft meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in het kweken van ongeworteld stek. Het bedrijf werd opgericht door Dirk Hendriksen, die zijn avontuur begon met alleen een fiets en een schaar. Hij vroeg kwekers welk stek ze nodig hadden en ging er actief naar op zoek, wat al snel leidde tot een groeiende vraag. Hij kocht een stuk land en startte zijn eigen kwekerij in Nederland. In 2006 nam zijn zoon Simon het bedrijf over en breidde het uit naar Uganda, wat zorgde voor een aanzienlijke verandering in teelt en bedrijfsvoering. Geleidelijk is de teelt verschoven van Nederland naar Uganda en onlangs zijn wij ons volledig gaan richten op de stekproductie in Uganda. Deze focus stelt ons in staat om de kwaliteit van onze stek verder te verbeteren en beter in te spelen op de specifieke behoeften van onze klanten. Met een klein, maar gedreven team leveren wij gezonde en sterke stekken, die de basis vormen voor een succesvolle teelt. D.J. Hendriksen & Zn BV has over 50 years of experience in growing unrooted cuttings. The company was founded by Dirk Hendriksen, who started his journey with only a bicycle and scissors. He asked growers which unrooted cuttings they needed and proactively searched for them, leading to an increasing demand. He bought a plot of land and started his own nursery in the Netherlands. In 2006, his son Simon took over the company and expanded it to Uganda, bringing about a significant shift in cultivation and operations. Cultivation has gradually shifted from the Netherlands to Uganda, and we are now entirely focused on cutting production in Uganda. This focus help us further improve the quality of our cuttings and better respond to the specific needs of our customers. ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN• Leveringen onder voorbehoud van groei-, weers en/of andere omstandigheden • Leveringen naar niet EU- landen worden gekeurd door NAK Tuinbouw voor verzending na inspectie door NAK Tuinbouw zijn wij niet langer aansprakelijk voor de conditie van de producten • Reclamatie over kwaliteit kan tot 24 uur na ontvangst en eventuele te korten dienen binnen zeven dagen gemeld te worden • Na zeven dagen vervalt onze volledige aansprakelijkheid wanneer beworteling of doorgroei van het stek niet goed gaat • Wij vergoeden geen schade die ontstaat wanneer er meerdere stekken per plug/pot worden gestoken en een deel van het stek ongelijkmatig beworteld of gemengd bloeit • Onze maximale vergoeding (uitsluitend bij enkel gestoken stek per plug/pot) is de factuurwaarde van de geleverde URC • Wij blijven eigenaar van het door ons geleverde materiaal tot de factuur volledig is voldaan • Wij brengen 30% van de orderwaarde in rekening voor annulering van een order (of deel ervan) die gepland staat voor levering binnen 4 weken • Wij brengen 10% van de orderwaarde in rekening voor annulering van een order (of deel ervan) die gepland staat voor levering over 4 weken of later Als aanvulling op bovenstaande gelden voor verkopen en leveringen van producten de Algemene Internationale verkoop- en leveringsvoorwaarden van LTO Nederland voor boomkwekerij-producten en (vaste) planten, heesters en zomerbloemen van toepassing (uitgezonderd hierboven genoemde afwijkingen). Deze voorwaarden worden u op verzoek beschikbaar gesteld. Wijzigingen voorbehouden TERMS AND CONDITIONS• Our deliveries can be subject of change caused by less growth, weather conditions or other circumstances • Shipments to non EU countries are inspected by NAK Tuinbouw before shipping after inspection by NAK Tuinbouw we are no longer responsible for the conditions of our products • Complaints regarding quality have to be shared with us within 24 hours after receiving and possible shortages within seven days (later claims will be rejected) • After seven days our full responsibility expires when rooting or growth of the cuttings fails • We won't compensate damage due to uneven rooting or mixed flowering if more than one cutting is sticked per plug/pot • Our maximum compensation (only for single sticked cuttings per plug/pot) is the invoice amount of the delivered URC • We retain ownership of delivered products till the invoice amount is fully paid • We charge 30% of the order value for cancellation of an order (or part thereof) which is planned for delivery within 4 weeks • We charge 10% of the order value for cancellation of an order (or part thereof) which is planned for delivery in 4 weeks or later In addition on above apply the Terms and Condition of LTO Nederland (Algemene Internationale verkoop- en leveringsvoorwaarden van LTO Nederland voor boomkwekerij-producten en (vaste) planten, heesters en zomerbloemen).
