WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOMEOWNERS SO THAT YOU CAN KEEP SELLING DEVELOPER SERVICES WE PROVIDE Assign an exclusive manager to partner with the Developer on all projects Assist with annual budgeting Review governing documents prior to filing File annual reports including the Secretary of State and the management certificate File for a federal tax id and set up the HOA s bank accounts Assist with vendors for hard softscape installs including meter and utilities set up Obtain proposals for maintenance services following installation such as landscaping and pool Walk through with the Developer installer s at turnover to the HOA for each phase following completion Review processing of architectural modification requests per CCRs throughout development on behalf of the Developercontrolled Board Attend and facilitate the annual board meetings on behalf of Developer Board Assist both the Developer and HOA through the transition period and eventually turnover
