fourmidable.com | 07If you have a live Christmas tree, makesure it stays hydrated. As your residents may be traveling morethis season, it might be helpful to remindthem to have a trusted friend or familymember check in on their home to makesure everything looks good during anextended vacation. If your property has individual trash cansfor each home, another tip would be tonot bring the empty big ticket item boxesto the curb all at once. The holidays areone of the biggest times for burglaries, and boxes showing all of the new TVs andgame systems you have just filled yourhome with are an easy target forcriminals. These little reminders can help you andyour residents enjoy the holidayfestivities and stay safe while doing so.fourmidable.com | 06
