Box 888, Hugo OK. 74743 580.326.9625 From Your Frisco Baptist Disaster Relief Ministry… All I can say is I am amazed and thankful at your generosity in giving towards the Haulotte 61-foot boom lift that will safely allow our team members to remove limbs and trees at this height. As of today, our churches and individuals have given $25,900 towards our goal of $20,000 dollars in this partnership project for our Disaster Relief Team. The total cost for this piece of equipment is $55,000 dollars. The remaining amount will be made up from a $5,000 dollar matching gift through Oklahoma Baptist and our funds from Frisco Baptist Association. Any additional amounts received for this project will go directly into the Frisco Baptist Association Disaster Relief account to help fund this ministry and provide for a purchase of a generator and wiring add-on for this piece of equipment. We were notified from the dealership in Ohio that the manufacturing process has been completed and it is ready for us to take delivery. From our entire Disaster Relief Team – “THANK YOU!” WHAT IS THE LOTTIE MOON CHRISTMAS OFFERING? The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering® is an annual offering collected by believers around the world to support international missions. The offering was officially named in 1918 by Woman’s Missionary Union in honor of the missionary to China who urged churches to start it and give sacrificially. This offering is unique from other mission offerings in that 100% of gifts provide for missionaries all over the world. It is a valuable part of Southern Baptists' 178-year history of reaching the nations with the gospel and vital to reaching the vision of a multitude from every language, people, tribe and nation knowing and worshiping our Lord Jesus Christ. 3,500 missionaries from the International Mission Board are able to share the gospel in 122 countries because of your faithful giving. We celebrate 178,777 people who heard the gospel and took steps of faith in the past year. When giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, we take part in reaching 3,072 people groups around the world who have no missionary presence and likely no gospel access. Every church, regardless of size or resources, has a role to play in reaching every nation. Your generosity through praying and giving are the lifeblood of Southern Baptist Missions. Thank you in advance for being a part of this movement for Christ. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Pastors/Ministerial Staff and Wives Christmas Fellowship will be at FBC Valliant on Friday, December 1st. Dinner at 6:30 PM. Dress is Sunday Best. Photographs will be taken, Nursery will be provided.
