Meet OurDedicatedDanceTeachersTeaches ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, technique and conditioning, andAdult ONLY classes. She has danced since she was three years old,studied dance at Ball State University, performed in the Capitol OneHalftime show and Disney World parade. In addition to dance, shehas a Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University and a Master of Artsin secondary education from Ball State University. Her daytime job isin clinical research. Overall, she loves interacting with her dancersand helping dancers grow technically and personally. Teaches Tiny Dancers and Mini DIPC dancers. She is a former pre-school teacher and attended Purdue University. This is Heathers 2ndyear teaching at Dance Inclusion and her dancers adore her! Shekeeps her classes fun and engaging. Everyone loves dancing with Ms.Heather!Teaches contemporary, jazz, ballet, technique and conditioning, andassists with the DIPC. She has professionally performed incontemporary, floor-work, and improvisational styles of dance andtrained at Lines Ballet Training in San Francisco, San FranciscoConservatory of Dance, and Ate9. She loves sharing her passion andexpertise for dance and her dancers love her unique and engagingteaching style!ASHLEY SCHINKER - STUDIO OWNER, DIPC PROGRAM DIRECTORHEATHER GAYLER - TINY DANCER & MINI DIPC PROGRAM DIRECTORNINA WILSON - DANCE INSTRUCTORTeaches Acro and Hip Hop and assists with the DIPC. She has aunique ability to connect with dancers of all ages and isprofessionally trained in a variety of dance genres. Our HistoryNov 2022 - Jun 2023Our first official Dance InclusionPerformance Company Dancer, LondynGayler, competed her jazz solo, Vogue,and won some BIG awards including 1stplace overalls!!!Heather, Londyn, and Ashley atNationals 2023 in St. Louis.Dance Inclusion officiallyopened April 2023. Sophia was our very 1stRecreational Dancer! :)

DIPC 2024Our first year competing with a team! The first DIPC Team had 7 dancers! What an amazing season for DIPC! Weattended Tremaine Dance Convention, Applause, Inferno, ID, and In10sity dance competitions! These dancersworked hard and grew so much in a short amount of time. We are so very proud of them and their accomplishments!What a great group of young girls and we will forever remember this amazing first year together!
