Skin Care TipsTo avoid skin irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin, follow these suggestions: • Trim, do not shave, excessive hair in the perineum to 2-4 mm length.• Wash the area of skin where you will be placing the electrodes using mild • Apply gel pads as directed. • Many skin problems arise from the “pulling stress” from adhesive patches that are excessively stretched across the skin during application. To prevent this, apply electrodes from center outward; avoid stretching over the skin. • When removing electrodes, always remove by pulling in the direction of hair growth. • It may be helpful to rub skin lotion on electrode placement area when not wearing electrodes. • Never apply electrodes over irritated or broken skin.10Symbol Symbol Title DescriptionSHIPPING<72 HRSSTORAGETransportationConditionsStorage ConditionsHumidity: 15% - 90% RH non-condensingHumidity: 15% - 90% RH non-condensingDegrees of protectionprovided byenclosures (IP Code)Protected against solid objects over againstfalling drops of water, if the case isdisposed at any angle up to 15 degreesfrom vertical.Degrees of protectionprovided byenclosures (IP Code)Protected against solid objects that areover 1mm (e.g. tools and small wires). Cleaning removes dirt, oils, and residues from the surfaces of the devices, ensuring they remain hygienic and function properly. Failure to clean the pulse generator, charger and charging cable can lead to the buildup of dirt and bacteria on the device, potentially causing skin irritation or infections.Supplies needed:1. Apply a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (up to 70% solution) to a cotton round.2. Gently wipe the surface of the pulse generator, charger, and cord with the dampened cotton round, ensuring thorough coverage.3. Repeat the process with hydrogen peroxide (up to 3% solution) on a new cotton round, covering all surfaces of the pulse generator, charger, and cord.4. Allow the device to air dry for at least 1 minute.5. Dispose of any leftover cleaning solution according to local regulations for household waste disposal. After cleaning the pulse generator, charger, and charging cable, visually inspect for any remaining soil or residue. If the device is not visually clean, repeat the cleaning steps until all visible soil is removed.
