STRUCTURAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES Our structural management services are performed by relevant and qualified structural engineers from start to finish Such services include condition inspection design and recommendation of repairs followed by the completion of repairs from pointing stitching and grouting to coring anchor installations replacement of spoiled brick block work and coating repairs By working with a 3rd party specialist work force we are able to provide paint inspectors trained from ICORR levels 1 3 as approved by the Institute of Corrosion Using the relevant products we can remove existing coating systems corrosion products and surface contamination The coating may then be replaced with the necessary coating including food safe products In addition Cygnet Projects Ltd have a broad experience of structural inspections of both highway and railway structures and have been assessed as competent to Network Rail standards NR SP CIV 017 STE2 3 4 and 5 Cygnet Projects Ltd carry out all levels of coatings from repairs to full structure blasting and coatings in line with Network Rail and group standards We use the relevant industry software for analysis including LUSAS Archie M TEDDS and Scale with design and detailing of bridges and structures by using AutoCAD and CADS RC If required we can prepare contract documents with approval in principals risk assessments design calculations and scheme drawings to provide further support SPECIALIST COATING CLEANING By supplying manufacture recommended coating systems it enables us to offer the client the service life as requested and if required a certificate of manufacture guarantee Our experienced technicians can also perform Silo cleaning and maintenance Fabrication and repair Silo repairs with water proofing Mast coatings storage tanks Window cleaning including high rise buildings 6 and many more 7
