Cybersecurity Technology is offered on the college’s Natchez Campus. The program offers training in the areas of confiden-tiality, integrity, and availability in information security. Stu-dents will learn to install, design, manage, operate, plan, maintain and troubleshoot hardware in a secure information technology infrastructure. The Cybersecurity Technology program at Copiah-Lincoln Community College will provide the knowledge and skills necessary for two-year graduates to obtain employ-ment as a computer/network security tech-nician. The program provides training in the areas of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in information security. Stu-dents will learn to install, design, manage, operate, plan, maintain and troubleshoot hardware in a secure information technolo-gy infrastructure. The curriculum will train graduates with the skills necessary to obtain nationally recognized certifications in the areas of CompTIA A+ Certification, and CompTIA Security+ Certification.
