Addit ionally, she holds the position of CEO on her TV network VIP Pageantry | VIP TV. ?My goal as t he head of this organization is to inspire wom en t o always create new dreams, have the courage t o explore it all, and continue to preserve int egrit y along the way. This captivating event took place at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino's Grand Theat re in Reno Tahoe, with a live broadcast at 8 PM EST/PST. The competit ion showcased 51 accomplished women, each representing one of the 50 states as well as t he District of Columbia.Aft er a week-long visit to Reno, NV, during which delegates competed in various segments including Interviews, Swim Competition, Evening Gown, Final Question, and Final Look, the annual event concluded with Morgan Rom ano crowning Noelia Voigt as her successor, who is now Miss USA Miss Utah USA. The Miss USA pageant was host ed by Keltie Knight and Adrienne Bailon-Houghton from E! News. The panel of judges for the Miss Teen USA pageant included designer and businesswoman Nicole Miller, act ress, director, producer, and entrepreneur Vivica A. Fox, Countess Luann De Lesseps, model, philanthropist , and entrepreneur Emina Cunm ulaj Nazarian, as well as beauty entrepreneur and founder of One/Size Beauty, Patrick Starrr. She holds a bachelor 's degree and a master 's from Prairie View A&M Universit y and Clark At lanta Universit y. She competed in her first pageant in 2017 t o build and gain self-confidence, conquer social anxiety, and improve her public speaking skills. She was blessed to have won 1st runner-up. She compet ed in her second pageant in 2021 and has been consistently competing for the past two years which amply prepared her to win the USOA Miss Texas crown.Annt raniece's platform, B.O.S.S. Up, Building Opportunities for Success and Sufficiency, began as just an idea in 2019 because of her experience serving as a mentor to college-level student s, helping them prepare, grasp, maximize, and create opportunities that will propel their lives in a positive direct ion. She has helped with resume building, coached on presentat ion skills, prepared student s for corporate and professional interviews, and provided guidance on leading a healthy life balance emphasizing self-care. Her platform cam e t o life in 2022 and is commit ted t o the professional, career, and self-advancement of women by providing knowledge, tools, and mot ivation to attain their life?s goals and desires. It promot es self-sufficiency, self-love, career readiness, and entrepreneurship. With the B.O.S.S Up platform, Annt raniece has many initiatives including a scholarship for incoming universit y freshmen, an IG Live series highlighting successful women for inspiration, and a financial literacy and goal-set ting seminar, and many more initiatives to come. The goal is for her platform to be a 501c3.In Annt raniece's free time, she enjoys traveling, especially solo t raveling. Within the last year, she has been to 6 different count ries, three of them solo. She also enjoys reading; her favorite genres are fantasy, romance, thriller, and myst ery. She is always happy to give book recomm endat ions. Anntraniece loves WWE. She grew up watching it wit h her uncles, which has stuck with her ever since. As a tradition, she and her sist ers watch every WWE pay-per-view toget her. Annt raniece also values health and fitness. I consider myself privileged to work as a Pediat ric Neurologist in Southern California, a dream that I first imagined possible at the age of 10 years old and was able to finally realize after years of dedication and specialized training. I am passionat e about service, and because representat ion matt ers, I have a part icular focus on efforts as a public speaker, educat or, mentor, leader and advocate to increase Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in science and medicine t o diversify the healthcare workforce. There are many ways t hrough which I do this work, primarily, I seek t o offer access to opport unities for young people to explore, spark interest and see what ?s possible and t o introduce and foster mentoring relationships between underrepresent ed individuals at all levels to create pathways to success in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) and medicine.
