With a heart of grat itude, she balances her roles as a proud US Navy wife, a devoted mother of two boys, and a consult ant at t he esteemed Ciaravino Total Beauty. As an experienced surgical t ech, Gret chen combines her passion for women?s empowerment wit h aest hetic medicine t o assist patients with looking and feeling their best.Inspired by her son's journey with cystic fibrosis, she has volunteered for the CF foundation for t he last eight years and served as the leader of the Great Strides team, Warner's Warriors. Her platform is ?Sustainable Shift s: Empowering Action and Eco-Friendly Living.? Gretchen is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado St at e Universit y Global, with anticipated graduation next fall. 1010111111Clarissa Salas has been a commercial model and a radio and TV host since she was 8 years old. She is currently a bilingual registered nurse educator at a non-profit and get ting ready for medical school. She wrot e a STEM book for children titled, "What is STEM?" and she helps yout h ages 4-25 enter STEM careers through her YouTube channel by building strong resum es. She loves traveling with her husband and t wo-year-old daught er. She is currently Mrs South Carolina Earth, a 2023 t it le holder for Mrs USA Earth, an award-winning pageant for married women.Clarissa Salas loves to mentor youth and women to reach their fullest potent ial. She says, "I want them to look at me and say, she can so can I." She was never a st ranger to the heart aches and hard work of struggle, especially when it came to get t ing access to healthcare.As a first-generation graduat e, Clarissa obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from t he University of Sout h Carolina Aiken with no debt. As CEO of t he STETRIS Group, Sharrell fosters innovation and builds impact ful relationships t o help her clients achieve their goals. Wit h a BS in Archit ectural Engineering from Nort h Carolina A&T State University, a Master of Secondary Education, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Sharrell combines her academic expertise wit h over 20 years of experience in the architect ure, engineering, and construction industry.Sharrell's educational journey includes remarkable achievements. She excelled as an academy director at t wo high schools, earning national recognition from the National Academy Foundation (NAF) with distinguished and model status for the K-12 engineering programs she established. Her teaching abilit ies garnered the prestigious Lowe's Pride Award for "STEAM Innovat ive Teacher of the Year" in 2015. Sharrell's dedicat ion t o education was showcased in Charlott e's Pride Magazine, where she was featured in t he cover st ory "Women in STEM." In 2017, Sharrell founded The STETRIS Group and aut hored "The Professional Classroom Playbook" and "The Sust ainable Classroom Playbook," solidifying her position as a thought leader. Through her consulting agency, she empowers clients to become indust ry leaders, providing customized strategies for success.Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sharrell is an act ive community servant . She contributes to organizations like Dest iny Church, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and The Carolina Wom en/Girls Rock Organization. As board chair, she played a vit al role in establishing GOBIG, an all-girls, STEM-focused K-8 school in Charlott e, securing it s approval by the St at e of Nort h Carolina.In her personal life, Sharrell shares her journey with her husband, Rev. St even Howard and their three children. They embrace quality family t ime, engaging in STEM projects, and board games. 161616Amelia Meyers Rosenwach is an actress, singer-songwriter, wife, mother, voice t eacher, arts therapist , small business owner, and t he current Mrs. Maryland Petite USA. Amelia was diagnosed with Crohn?s Disease when she was 17 years old. After years of trial and error with different medications, she nearly lost her life to the disease in 2012. When she was diagnosed, there weren't any support groups or resourceful places to turn to. It was scary, isolating, embarrassing, and life-alt ering. It became her mission to help as many people wit h Crohn?s disease as possible. In March 2023, after officially partnering with the Crohn's and Colit is Foundation, Amelia launched Kickin? Crohn?s, an online weekly support group for those affected by Crohn?s disease where they can come to a safe, non-judgmental place, and receive the support and community they so desperately need and deserve. Kickin? Crohn?s meets every Wednesday at 2pm EST. Visit www.kickincrohns.com to join the group. She plans on releasing a cookbook, the Kickin? Crohn?s podcast, and a cooking-themed t alk show t o support t he Crohn?s communit y, t hose wit h aut oimmune disorders, and those who want to take charge of their health.Amelia began her acting career at age 5 in a Giant Food commercial. She grew up performing musical theatre and dancing with the Russian Moscow St ate Ballet in their annual holiday performance of the Nut cracker in Washington DC. During college, she at tended the British American Drama Academy in Oxford and received her BA in Musical Theatre from American University. After graduation, Amelia moved t o Los Angeles. She has been on ?General Hospital? (ABC), ?Days of Our Lives? (NBC), and ?All My Children? (ABC) as well as multiple web series and independent films. She received a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the Milan International Film Festival for the film ?Show Business? (Amazon Prime), and recently won Best Actress at Scorpiusfest for t he film ?I Will Not Take Care of You.? The Covid 19 pandemic forced Amelia and her family back to Maryland where she became Mrs. Maryland Petit e USA 2023, beginning an incredible and unexpect ed adventure. She was drawn to the pageant because of her desire to prom ote and educate others about the world of agricult ure and her volunt eer m indset aligned with their values. Her platform is ?You can be an ?Ag-vocat e? at any age!? She believes that neither economic status nor property size should keep anyone from engaging in the agricult ural world. She is an act ive member in her local FFA chapter, showing m arket lambs and turkeys and part icipates in public speaking compet it ions.
