Visiting Our Lady of the Rocks where the painting of Madonna and Child was discovered by local fisherman on a rock in the sea The fisherman laid a rock in this place and over time the islet gradually emerged from the sea The custom of throwing rocks into the sea remains an annual tradition to this day
