Yes, UPP and EPRP can be used together, where the benefits stack – or separately.EPRP is only available to employees who are Regular Status or Limited Term. UPP isavailable to all employees, regardless of status; however, benefits often expire if theemployee leaves the County. Do I have to attend a program at one of the University Partnerinstitutions to use EPRP?No. You do not need to attend a UPP university to use EPRP. You’ll just need to makesure your educational expense is covered under the PSR.What qualifies for EPRP? A variety of program types and activities are covered under the Educational andProfessional Reimbursement Program.
