Classic MaineMade Corson Boat Meets Modern Technology

Page 1

Owners Comments: I have been on the water since I was two years old, built several wood boat kits with my father while growing up. I have an engineering / Bus Admin degree from VA Tech. This is all to assure you that I am a perfectionist when it comes to upgrading a boat with modern features, modern technology and safety equipment. This is the nature of my work on this Corson Boat built in Madison, ME. It is an awesome boat for either lakes or the Casco Bay where I have used it. Now, it can be yours to enjoy with family and friends with the confidence that you are safe and prepared if anything goes wrong. Best wishes, Norton West, owner

“Corson boats are as much a part of Maine as blueberry pie. About 10,000 of these  classic boats were produced in Madison between 1955 and the early 1990.”

Optional Purchase, Calkin Trailer:Large 15" WheelsNEW Bunk and Keel RollersSpare TireNEW Two Speed Hauling Winch

Caution on Trailer:

I have rarely used this trailer on the road. I have needed to change the bearings, seals and grease fittings several times after road trips. The last trip was successful from Phippsburg to South Portland; however, I am still not sure what contributed to bearing failures.  I am trying to find a boat trailer dealer to look it over to assure its road worthiness.
