In our program, each youthis matched with a caringadult who providesconsistent support andguidance. Mentors connectwith their mentees 1–2 timesper month and maintainweekly check-ins, offering anaverage of 4–6 hours ofmeaningful engagement.We believe every childbenefits from a trusted adultwho helps them navigatelife’s challenges. Our program also supportsfamilies by referring to localresources, helping caregiversaccess services, and workingcollaboratively to strengthenthe family unit.
