Joshua HaskellJanuary employee OF THE MONTH Supply Chain services outboundJosh demonstrates his ability to Win Together daily. A great example of thisbehavior was Josh participating in shadow/coaching sessions with a new FTE onthe team. Josh provided insight to specific orders, while spreading his knowledgeon the Middle Mile/ COLO workflow. Josh has a great ability to shareknowledge in a digestible, easy to understand model. Another great examplewas Josh' assistance with a SupportHub outage research. Josh worked alongsidehis manager to identify gaps in network outages, decreasing the overallproductivity of his team. His work identified severaldays over the last 6 months in which SH outages caused significant decrease inagent productivity. Amanda Bisson March eMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH Supply Chain services INBOUND Amanda has done an amazing job of demonstrating the People Principle of WeAre Always Improving - Innovate & Improve. While training on a newworkload she shared some frustrations regarding productivity. I was able todeep dive into her tickets as a result of her sharing this information with me.The findings were that she was receiving a high number of invalid tickets. Thisallowed us to recognize the need for an Invalid Ticket Roadmap for trainees thatwould describe what an invalid ticket scenario looked like and what actioncould be taken on the ticket. Thank you to Amanda for raising this concern andhelping Wayfair continue to excel at We Are Always Improving!

Page 15

Jason FurzeMarch Manager OF THE MONTH Supply Chain services INBOUNDThis month I would like to nominate Jason Furze with a focus on Innovate & Improve, with an associated tie inon use Good Judgment. The RTV process is complex, and over the last several months the team has beenworking with stakeholders to hammer down on opportunities. Jason has done fantastic in this regard, In theMonth of March he sized an opportunity in relation to supplier managed freight breaches, identifying that oneof our largest opportunities to improve service level, is to find either an LTL option for RTV that is managed byus, or to alternatively provide an alternative to mitigate impact. In preparation for this, he made initialcontact with an existing vendor to see if they would meet this need, prepared a spreadsheet breaking down our2022 loads by cube volume, and resulting LTL usage. This date revealed that a large majority of our FTLshipments are actually LTL shipments that are within the allowance we provide for LTL. It also showed thebreakdown between supplier managed, and wayfair managed. Additionally, in response to questions fromStakeholders he collaborated with his team to source thoughts on the challenges of this initiative, working withAnnabeth to create succinct responses, and helped drive discussion on the topic in the follow up. This work is atthe very heart of innovation. Identifying problems, sizing them, and working with others to pursue innovativesolutions that he recommended to solve problems which impact operations. Great Work Jason!
