Relevant Activities or Tasks● Student will research what micro, mezzo, and macro levels are in the SW profession. ● Student will interact with different groups of people whether that be clients or colleagues who have diverse backgrounds. This allows everyone involved to be educated and treated fairly. ● I have gotten a good understanding of micro, mezzo, and macro levels of SW. Within my agency, we are practicing mezzo and micro more than macro. ● I have learned how everyone around me is different, and to adjust to different behaviors and norms. This allows the environment to be a safe and workable environment.
