Call 507-328-4063.CLASS CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICYClass cancellation must be made a minimum of one week prior to the class starting date for a full refund. Due to processing costs, we can no longer offer refunds for amounts $5 or less.PICK UP/DROP OFFDo not drop participants off without checking if an instructor is present, and please be prompt in picking up participants following a class or trip. SUPERVISIONParticipants who require personal assistance for physical or behavioral issues, or active seizure disorders, must be accompanied and supervised at all activities by a staff/caregiver. HEALTH CONCERNSIf you would like to update the Community Education staff of any health concerns or allergies, call 507-328-4000.INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICYIf Rochester Public Schools are cancelled for the day, all Community Education day and evening classes are cancelled. If school begins late, Community Education morning classes will not meet. Classes that begin at noon or after will be held. If school dismisses early, all Community Education classes are cancelled for the remainder of the day and evening. If school is not cancelled, but the weather is threatening, evening classes may be cancelled by 3 PM. In all weather-related circumstances, local radio stations will announce our cancellation.
