J o s h M cK inney Head Varsity Coach K a y l ee F if er Coach Josh McKinney is a graduate of Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches Texas where he earned a Bachelor s of Science degree in kinesiology with minors in secondary education and biology This will be McKinney s 9th year teaching and his 3rd year at Colleyville Heritage Coach McKinney has been a part of two regional appearances at CHHS Coach McKinney assisted the Panthers to a Regional Finals appearance in 2017 and guided the Panther varsity to a Regional semi final appearance in 2018 Coach McKinney spent three years teaching and coaching in Caddo Mills ISD and spent three years as the head volleyball coach at Bonham High School In 2014 Coach McKinney s Varsity team went 27 11 and was Bi District Champions eventually falling in the Area Round to State Finalist Argyle Coach McKinney currently coaches at Texas Advantage Volleyball Club and has been coaching club volleyball for eleven years Coach McKinney spent the last six years at Skyline Juniors He has been to USAV Junior Nationals eight times and his teams have medaled six times including a National Championship in 2014 Coach Kaylee Fifer graduated from Guyer High School in 2010 to play volleyball at Colgate University in Upstate New York While at Colgate Coach Fifer was a four year letter winner served as the team s captain and won a Patriot League Championship her junior year After graduating with a B A in History and Studio Art she attended Texas Christian University where she worked as the graduate assistant for the volleyball program and earned a Master of Liberal Arts degree simultaneously She then moved back to Denton to be an assistant coach for the University of North Texas before making the move to coach at the high school level This is her third year coaching in high school and first year with CHHS as a PANTHER Assistant Varsity Coach 8
D a n i Hof f Coach Hoff is in her 4th year teaching and coaching at Colleyville Heritage High School In addition to coaching volleyball she also coaches softball and teaches US History at CHHS Coach Hoff is a class of 2011 graduate of Garland High School She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2015 where she majored in Kinesiology and minored in History She also played softball for the Mean Green In her free time Coach Hoff enjoys running listening to books and podcasts and watching Netflix Junior Varsity Coach As hley F u lt z This is Ashley s second year teaching and coaching at CHHS She graduated from Flower Mound High School in 2013 and then went on to play softball and received her Bachelor s of Science degree at Texas Tech University Although she was on the road to medical school Ashley ultimately realized that she wanted to be back in sports but this time on the other side Ashley coaches both Freshman Black and Freshman Red and is excited to see their growth this season When she is not coaching or teaching Ashley likes to go rock climbing camping hiking and hanging out at the lake Freshman Coach 9
