As a for-profit business, ExpoHome tithes 10% of net quarterly earnings to the Collective Way in order toempower transformation locally, nationally and around the globe. Serving thecraft coffee and baked goods in DFW, the coffee house provides space for peopleto cultivate connection and build rich community. We areeager to see how His plan unfolds in the comingyears.In 2024, we experienced a significant milestonewith Scott joining us as our Chief MinistryOfficer in April. His leadership and heart forministry have been a catalyst for many of theaccomplishments you will see in this report.We are profoundly grateful for our incredibleteam members, whose dedication makes thiswork possible, and for the unwavering supportof our partners and community. Chief Ministry OfficerForte Dream ManagerExpo Invests in Every Team MemberIn the Spring of 2024, Expo led the country in business innovation by adding a Chief Ministry Officer, a Dream Manager, and a complete team-member care program called Expo Impact which includes free twenty-four counseling for team-members, their spouses, and their children.

Expo Dream ManagerAs a certified Dream Manager, my role is to support andencourage individuals as they work toward achieving theirdreams. A cornerstone of the Dream Manager Program isthe journey toward becoming a better-version-of-yourselfwhile discovering your true purpose. This program isdesigned to help you find deeper meaning in your life, work,and relationships. Investing in yourself through this programnot only transforms your life but also positively impactseveryone around you. The Dream Manager Program Experience: Participants are challenged to develop a life-changingpersonal strategic plan. The program experience providesregular accountability, thought-provoking content, andencouragement to follow through with the plans theydevelop. While the Dream Manager’s main responsibilities are tofacilitate the program, provide accountability, celebratesuccesses, and offer feedback, it is the participant’sresponsibility to engage with the content and apply it totheir life to maximize impact and results. Our mission is to embrace,equip, and empowerhomeless, victimized, and at-risk teens to achieve recovery,overcome adversity, and livepurposeful lives.Journey to DreamYouCanFreeUs Foundation is aninternational human rightsorganization that is fighting for acompassionate world throughour work against modernslavery and serving widows andthe fatherless globally.You Can Free UsThere are over 700,000 newwidows each year in America and1.5 million children live in a single-parent household due to the deathof a parent. Honduras Mission TripCristián, the CEO of Serve Hope, and thefamily who resides in this home.In November, we traveled to Honduras to meetthe five families that Expo will build homes for inthe Summer of 2025. Much like the homepictured, these families will be able to havecoverage and protection; and, moreimportantly, a place to call home.The home pictured here has become agathering place for a church for other familiesin the community. The Collective Way launched April 1, 2024, to developmeaningful partnerships between faith-driven businessesand faith-based nonprofits to foster transformation in ourlocal and global communities around the world. The Collective Way network is all about doing life togetherand collaborating together for exponential results. Serve Hope InternationalEMPRENDE BUSINESS CONFERENCE | Honduras & GuatemalaEmprende  2024  is  an  international  businessconference which offers startup training, a pitchcontest,  and  a  conference  for  business  leadersto  be  trained  and  supported  through  plenarysessions  and  hands  on  breakout  discussions.Emprende hosted six pitch contestants  this  year,three of which received seed money for the startup of their new businesses.

BUILDING HOMESTransforming lives andtransforming Honduras onefamily and one house at atime. When Serve Hopeprovides a new, clean andsafe home for a family inneed, they truly making agenerational impact. Dozensof homes have been built withlove and there are many morein need. AGUA PURA SCHOOL & SOCCERHundreds of young people arebeing discipled through ServeHope schools and soccerprogram. The school teaches anddisciples students fromKindergarten to tenth grade. Thebrand new soccer field (whichrivals any field in Honduras) ishome for hundreds of aspiringsoccer players from grade schoolage to young adults. People throughout CentralAmerica are living without thehope and joy of Christ andwithout hope to improve thecrushing difficulties they face.However, God is changing thisthrough Serve Hope’s team ofnational leaders. Hundreds ofnew entrepreneurs have beenequipped to create new businesswith Biblical foundations in theircommunities.Serve Hope Impact ProjectsBUSINESS AS MISSIONClean drinking water is aproblem all over the world.Serve Hope is making a hugeimpact in Central America byproviding thousands of peoplewith clean water through thework of the Agua Pura teamand their network of localpastors. Recipients are invitedinto a discipleship process forongoing care and community.
